MIIG115注射型人工骨在桡骨远端粉碎性骨折中的应用

目的探讨MIIG115注射型人工骨在治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的应用。方法 2004年08月- -2005年10月19例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折,其中16例行C臂机下手法复位石膏外固定 局部注射MIIG115 注射型人工骨植骨,3例行切开复位钢板内固定 MIIG115注射型人工骨植骨治疗。结果随访5-18 个月(平均9．8月),所有患者均获骨性愈合,达到了预期的临床效果。功能优良率为94．74％。结论 MIIG115注射型人工骨植骨 内外固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床疗效满意,是桡骨远端粉碎性骨折有效的治疗方法,并具有维持复位稳定、固定可靠、增加局部骨量、促进骨折愈合等优点。

The use of MIIG115-bone graft substitute in the reconstruction of the distal end of the radius comminuted fracture

Objective To investigate the Clinical results of MIIG115 in the reconstruction of the distal end of the radius comminuted fracture. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 19 patients with comminuted fracture of distal end of radius treated in our department from August 2004 to October2005, of that 16 cases treated with manual reduction and plaster immobilization MIIG115-bone graft substitute , 3 cases treated with plate fixation MIIG115-bone graft substitute. Results Follow up duration was average 9.8 months, It showed the satisfactory ratio of functional outcome with MIIG115-bone graft substitute was 94.74 percent. Conclusion MIIG115-bone graft substitute showed distinct prevalence in treating the distal end of the radius comminuted fracture.
