| 摘 要： | 针对现有的护理质量文件管理的不足,引入ISO9000标准进行护理质量体系文件的管理与控制,按照"该写的要写到,写到的要做到[1]"的原则,参照ISO9000标准,结合我国的具体情况,对各项护理质量活动的职责和方法加以明确规定,使影响护理服务质量的技术、管理及人的因素始终处于受控状态,确保了护理人员的每一项服务、每一项操作都能够做到有章可循、有法可依,减少了同一问题的不同理解和护理差错事故的发生,提高了护理服务水平和管理水平.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the nursing quality recording system, ISO9000 system has been introduced. Based on ISO9000 criteria and combined with our country's specific condition we defined the duty and practice of qualified nursing activities. According to this policy, all the factors associated with the nursing quality, management and person in charge can be controlled constantly, and therefore, the nursing recording system will meet the demand. |
