超肩关节长臂石膏托结合小夹板治疗A2型肱骨外科颈骨折

目的：介绍治疗A2型肱骨外科颈骨折的新方法。方法：对287例A2型肱骨外科颈骨折患者采用超肩关节长臂石膏托结合小夹板治疗。其中,男性128例,女性159,年龄22～75岁。结果：本组287例患者均获3～4个月随访。按《中医病证诊断疗效标准》评定标准：超肩关节长臂石膏托结合小夹板治疗A2型肱骨外科颈骨折治愈265例,好转22例。结论：采用超肩关节长臂石膏托结合小夹板治疗A2型肱骨外科颈骨折,疗效满意。

Ultra-shoulder long arm plaster splint therapy combined with a small fracture of surgical neck of humerus A2

Objective：To introduce the new treatment for humeral surgical neck fracture （A2）. Methods：A2 on 287 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus treated with the combination of ultra-small shoulder long arm plaster splint. Among them,128 cases of male,female 159,age 22 to 75 years. Results：The group of 287 cases of patients were followed up for 3 to 4 months. By Chinese Journal of Lung Cancer standard evaluation criteria：combination of ultra-shoulder long arm plaster splint treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture of A2 265 cases were cured,improved in 22 cases. Conclusion：Ultra-shoulder long arm plaster combine with the long arm plaster splint treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture of A2,results are satisfactory.
