鼻咽癌放射治疗技术规范浅析

鼻咽癌放射治疗在我国已有70多年的历史，治疗疗效的提高离不开放射治疗技术的不断改进和规范。全文介绍鼻咽癌常规治疗技术的规范，并提出了一些在规范执行中需要注意的问题：重点总结和分析了目前采用的精确放疗技术所存在的问题，希望通过更加深入的临床研究．为制定精确放疗的规范提供依据。

Criterion of Radiation Technology for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma has been for more than 70 years m China. Better survival rate in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is related with the improvement and criterion of radiation technology. This article introduces the norms of conventional radiation technology （CRT） for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, proposes several issues those should be paid attention during the norms carried out, mainly summarizes the problems in developing precise radiotherapy technology （3D-CRT/IMRT） and suggests going deep into clinical study to provide basis for precise radiation.
