| 摘 要： | 肾癌是泌尿生殖系统最为常见的肿瘤之一，全球肾癌发病率呈逐年上升趋势。相当一部分肾癌患者就诊时已有远处转移，其预后较差。目前尚无有效的治疗手段能明显提高转移性肾癌患者的预后。近年来肾癌治疗出现许多新的选择，就转移性肾癌的手术、免疫、化疗、放疗、抗血管内皮生长因子等治疗进展作一概述。

| Abstract: | Renal cell carcinoma(RCC) is one of the most common malignant neoplasm in genitourinary system, the global incidence of RCC is continuously increasing each year. Of patients with RCC, a large part present with metastatic disease will have poor prognosis. Currently no effective treatment could improve the prognosis of patients with metastatic RCC evidently. In recent years several new therapeutic approaches emerged in RCC, this article reviews the progress in surgery, immuotherapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and anti-angiogenic therapy in metastatic RCC. |
