腹股沟疝传统修补术和无张力修补术的疗效分析

目的：探讨腹股沟疝传统修补术和无张力修补术的临床效果。方法：选取2006年1月至2008年1月间在我院住院治疗的腹股沟疝患者90例,随机分为无张力手术组和传统手术组,随访观察两组治疗效果。结果：无张力组患者手术时间、住院天数、开始进食时间、下床活动时间明显短于传统组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。无张力组患者生存质量值明显高于传统组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。无张力组患者并发症发生率为17.78%,传统组患者并发症发生率为71.11%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。无张力组患者复发率为0,传统组患者复发率为8.89%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效确切,并发症少,复发率低,值得临床应用。

Analysis the Curative Effect of Tradition Neoplasty and Non-tension Neoplasty on Inguinal Hernia

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of tradition neoplasty and non - tension neoplasty about inguinal hernia. Method： 90 cases with inguinal hernia in our hospital from January in 2006 to January in 2008 were divided into the tradition neoplasty group and non - tension neoplasty group, and the clinical effect of patients were observed by followwing - up. Result： The operation time, hospital time, time of beginning eating and time of out - of - bed activity of non - tension neoplasty group were shorter than those in tradition neoplasty group, and there was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality of life non -tension neoplasty group were higher than those in tradition neoplasty group, and there was significant difference between them（P 〈0.05 ）. The incidence rate was 17.78% in the non-tension neoplasty group and 71.11% in tradition neoplasty group, and there was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of non - tension neoplasty is obvious, and there is few complication and relapse rate, which is worth being used clinically.
