万拉法新与氯米帕明治疗难治性强迫症的对照研究

目的评价万拉法新与氯米帕明治疗难治性强迫症的疗效及安全性。方法符合CCMD 3强迫症诊断标准的难治性病人 62例 ,随机分为两组 ,分别予万拉法新和氯米帕明治疗 8周。采用Yale Brown强迫量表 (Y BOCS)、副反应量表 (TESS)和临床疗效评定疗效及副反应。结果万拉法新组显效 14例 ,有效 11例 ;氯米帕明组显效 15例 ,有效 10例。两组疗效相似 ,两组显效率与有效率经检验差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。万拉法新副反应少于氯米帕明。结论万拉法新治疗难治性强迫症较安全有效

A clinical comparative study of venlafaxine and clomipramine in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder

Objective To compare the efficacy and security of venlafaxine and clomipramine in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD). Methods62 patients who met CCMD-3 for refractory OCD were randomly assigned into two groups. One group was treated with venlafaxine and the other with clomipramine for 8 weeks. The efficacy was measured with Y-BOCS and side effects were measured with TESS. Results 14 cases had significant progressness and 11 cases had progressness in venlafaxine group,whereas 15 cases had significant progressness and 10 cases had progressness in clomipramine group. There isno significant difference in curatine effect in two groups(P>0.05). But the side effects of venlafaxien is significant less than that of clomipramine. Conclusion Venlafaxine was an effective and security drug in the treatment of refractory OCD.
