| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲真菌病患者免疫学方面的异常。方法：采用单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法测定了50例甲真菌病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平以及采用双抗体夹收ELISA法测定患者血清IL－2,sIL-2R的水平，结果：甲 真菌病患者外周血T^ 8细胞数增加，T^ 3细胞数减少，与正常对照组相比差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。T^ 4细胞数、IL－2、sIL-2R的水平与正常对照组相比较变化不明显（P＞0．05）。结论上述改变说明细胞免疫异常类甲菌病的发病机理中起着一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the immunology variance of onychomycosis patients. Methods we used APAAP for the quantitative determination of T lymphocyte sub populations and used double antibody sandwich ELISA for testing the levels of IL 2 and sIL 2R in the peripheral blood of 50 patients with onychomycosis. Results The number of T 8 cell increased; the number of T 3 cell reduced; they were apparendly different from those of the controls ( P <0 01). The number of T 4 cell, the levels of IL 2 and sIL 2R were not apparendly different from those in healthy controls( P >0 05). Conclusion Dysfunction of cellular immunity has some effect on pathogenesis of onychomycosis. |
