| Abstract: | Medecins Sans Frontiers （MSF） is committed to addressing the humanitarian health crisis caused by natural disasters and scourge of war. Real-time and post-disaster humanitarian crisis includes acute surgical trauma and epidemics caused by the destruction of basic health care system. This article described the experience of MSF aid and the professional disaster preparedness system. |
