| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌（Colorectal Cancer，CRC）是常见的恶性肿瘤之一。越来越多的研究结果显示肠道菌群对结直肠癌的发生发展起着重要的作用，而中药对治理肠道菌群的紊乱有一定的调节作用。本文介绍了结直肠癌的肠道菌群变化，并从影响肠道黏膜屏障损伤、炎症以及细菌酶和毒性代谢产物等方面的机制，概括了肠道菌群紊乱对结直肠癌发生发展的影响，以及中药对肠道菌群的调节作用，为进一步研究结直肠癌和临床预防提供参考。
