视听整合持续操作测试评价哮喘儿童持续注意力和反应控制力的临床研究

摘    要:目的:应用视听整合持续操作测试( IVA-CPT)评估哮喘患儿的持续注意力和反应控制力。方法90例哮喘患儿,其中哮喘完全控制组30例、部分控制组35例和未控制组25例,健康对照组儿童45例,应用IVA-CPT软件评估其反应控制力和持续注意力。结果(1)哮喘组的综合注意力商数( FSAQ )、视觉注意力商数( VAQ )、听觉注意力商数(AAQ)、视觉警醒商数(VIG-V)、听觉警醒商数(VIG-A)、视觉速度商数(SPE-V)、听觉速度商数(SPE-A)均低于对照组(P<0.05);哮喘组与对照组的反应控制力商数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)哮喘组儿童VAQ、SPE-A SPE-V、VIG-V和VIG-A异常率高于对照组儿童( P <0.05)。(3)与健康组相比,哮喘未控制组的 FSAQ、VAQ、AAQ 低于对照组(P<0.05),哮喘部分控制组的FSAQ、VAQ低于对照组(P<0.05)。与完全控制组比,哮喘未控制组儿童的FSAQ、VAQ、AAQ均低于完全控制组儿童(P<0.05),哮喘部分控制组的VAQ低于完全控制组儿童(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿存在持续注意力损害,而且其损害程度与哮喘的控制水平相关联。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate sustained attention and control response by using the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test ( IVA-CPT) software in children with asthma .Methods Ninety asthmatic children ,including 30 cases of the completely controlled,35 cases of the partly controlled,and 25 cases of the uncontrolled,and 45 healthy children were enrolled in the study.All subject individuals were assessed control response and sustained attention by IVA-CPT software.Results (1) For children with asthma, full scale attention quotient(FSAQ),visual attention quotient(VAQ),auditory attention quotient(AAQ),visual vigilance quotient(VIG-V), auditory vigilance quotient(VIG-A),visual speed quotient(SPE-V),and auditory speed quotient(SPE-A ) were lower(P<0.05),but no response quotient was with significant difference compared to the healthy children (P>0.05).(2)Rates of abnormal VAQ,SPE-A,SPE-V, VIG-V,and VIG-A were higher in the asthma children than in the healthy children (P<0.05).(3) As compared with the healthy ,FSAQ, VAQ,and AAQ were significantly lower in uncontrolled group ,and only FSAQ and VAQ were significantly lower in the partly controlled group (all P<0.05).While compared with the completely controlled group ,FSAQ,VAQ and AAQ were significantly lower in the uncontrolled group,and only VAQ was lower in the partially control group .Conclusion There likely exists sustained attention damage in the ability of keeping visual attention in children with asthma ,and the degree would be associated with the level of asthma control .
