2种氟制剂脱敏治疗龈下刮治加根面平整术后切牙敏感的临床对比观察

目的 探讨氟保护漆与氟保护泡沫脱敏治疗龈下刮治+根面平整术后切牙敏感的临床效果差异。方法 选取淮南市东方医院2012年1月至2015年6月收治的行龈下刮治+根面平整术后切牙敏感患者80例，采用随机区组法分为A组和B组，每组各40例；其中A组患者给予0.1%氟保护漆治疗，B组患者给予0.6%氟保护泡沫治疗；比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗操作时间及治疗前后VAS评分等。结果 两组患者治疗后5 min、1周及4周临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；A组和B组患者治疗操作时间分别为（6.44±1.37）s，（2.29±0.56）s；B组患者治疗操作时间短于A组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者脱敏治疗前和治疗后各个时间点VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组患者治疗前、治疗后5 min、1周及4周VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 氟保护漆与氟保护泡沫脱敏用于龈下刮治+根面平整术后切牙敏感治疗效果接近，但氟保护泡沫操作更为简便，有助于提高治疗效率。

Clinical comparative observation of two kinds of fluoride preparation desensitization in treatment of patients with incisor sensitivity after gingival curettage combined with root surface flattening

Objective To investigate the differences in the clinical effect of two kinds of fluoride desensitization scheme, namely, fluoride protective paint and fluoride protective foam in the treatment of patients with incisor sensitivity after gingival curettage combined with root surface flattening. Methods Eighty patients with incisor sensitivity after gingival curettage combined with root surface flattening were chosen in the period from Jan 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups:group A (40 patients) with fluoride protective paint and group B (40 patients) with fluoride protective foam for desensitization treatment; and the clinical effects, the treatment operation time and the VAS scores before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in clinical effects in five minutes, one week and four weeks after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). The operation time of group A and group B was respectively(6.44±1.37)s, (2.29±0.56)s. The operation time of group B was significant shorter than that of group A(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the VAS scores before and in five minutes, one week and four weeks after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The two kinds of fluoride desensitization scheme, fluoride protective paint and fluoride protective foam in the treatment of patients with incisors sensitivity after gingival curettage combined with root surface flattening, posses the same clinical effects; however, fluoride protective foam has the advantage with simpler and more convenient procedures, which can be helpful for the improvement of treatment efficiency.
