沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果

目的 观察沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果.方法 将2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝患者116例按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组58例,对照组给予口服二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予口服沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗.比较两组患者治疗前及治疗6个月后的血糖、肝功能、血脂及非酒精性脂肪肝治疗效果.结果 治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组的以上指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、谷丙酰转肽酶均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但观察组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组的非酒精性脂肪肝治疗总有效率为77.6%(45/58),高于对照组的27.6%(16/58)(P<0.05).结论 沙格列汀联合二甲双胍是治疗2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝的有效方法.

Clinical efficacy of saxagliptin combined with metformin for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of saxagliptin combined with metformin for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD).Methods A total of 116 patients with T2DM and NAFLD were divided into observation group or control group using random number table,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was orally administrated with metformin,and the observation group was orally administrated with saxagliptin and metformin .Indices were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 6 months of treatment,including blood glucose,liver function,blood lipid,and therapeutic efficacy of NAFLD.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol and triglyceride declined in both groups , and the indices above of the observation group were lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase ,alanine aminotransferase and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase declined in both groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The total therapeutic effective rate for NAFLD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 77.6%(45/58) vs.27.6%(16/58),P<0.05]. Conclusion Saxagliptin combined with metformin is an effective therapy for patients with T 2DM complicated with NAFLD .
