睡眠干预对老年冠心病伴睡眠障碍患者的临床效果观察

目的 观察睡眠干预对老年冠心病伴睡眠障碍患者的临床效果.方法 冠心病伴睡眠时间减少患者216例,随机分为对照组和干预组各108例.两组均采用常规心内科药物治疗,在此基础上,干预组给予睡眠环境调整、睡前精神放松指导以及必要时给予镇静药物治疗.比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1个月后的睡眠时间、平均动脉压、心率、心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间及临床疗效.结果 干预后干预组的睡眠时间较对照组延长,平均动脉压、心率下降,心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间减少及临床疗效好(均P<0.05).结论 对于老年冠心病伴睡眠障碍患者,在常规药物治疗基础上给予积极的睡眠干预可显著提高治疗效果、延长患者睡眠时间,值得临床推广.

Observation on the clinical efficiency of sleep intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with sleep disorders

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of sleep intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with sleep disorders .Methods A total of 216 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with sleep disorders were randomly divided into control group or intervention group ,with each group of 108 patients.Both groups received conventional drug treatment , only the intervention group was added with sleep environment adjustment , guidance for mental relaxation before bedtime,and sedative drugs if necessary.Sleep lasting time,mean arterial pressure,mean heart rate,frequency of angina attack,lasting time of angina attack,and clinical efficiency before and 1 month after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the sleep lasting time was longer,mean arterial pressure,mean heart rate,frequency of angina attack,and lasting time of angina attack were less,and the clinical efficiency of intervention group were better in intervention group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the base of conventional drug treatment ,sleep intervention treatment can remarkably enhance clinical efficiency ,and extend the sleep lasting time of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with sleep disorders ,which deserves further clinical applications .
