正常左室构型的汉族高血压患者室间隔基底部的改变情况及其临床意义

目的 探讨正常左室构型的汉族高血压患者室间隔基底部的改变及其临床意义.方法 选取97例汉族高血压正常左室构型患者作为高血压组,选择97例健康体检者作为对照组.应用超声心动图测定心脏常规超声参数、室间隔基底部厚度(BIVS)、室间隔基底部厚度与室间隔厚度比值(BIVS/IVS)、室间隔与升主动脉前壁的夹角(AoSA).结果 两组心脏超声常规参数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).高血压组的BIVS、BIVS/IVS分别为(10.2±0.9)mm、1.0±0.1,明显高于对照组的(8.0±0.8)mm和0.8±0.1(P<0.05).高血压组AoSA<119°者占87.6%,明显高于对照组的17.5%(P<0.05).结论 正常左室构型的高血压患者室间隔基底部改变是高血压左室受损的早期表现或另一种表现形式,对临床上指导高血压的干预有重要意义.

Changes of basal interventricular septum in Han people with hypertension and normal left ventricular pattern and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the changes of basal interventricular septum in Han people with hypertension and normal left ventricular pattern and its clinical significance .Methods A total of 97 Han people with hypertension and normal left ventricular pattern were enrolled as hypertension group,and 97 healthy persons as control group.Echocardiographic common parameters,the basal interventricular septum thickness(BIVS),the ratio of BIVS to interventricular septal thickness (IVS),the angle between the interventricular septum and the ascending aorta ( AoSA) were measured by echocardiography .Results There were no statistical differences in the echocardiographic common parameters between the two groups (P>0.05).BIVS and BIVS/IVS of the hypertension group(10.2 ±0.9)mm and 1.0 ±0.1, respectively]were higher than those of the control group (8.0 ±0.8)mm and 0.8 ±0.1,respectively,P<0.05].The proportion of the cases with AoSA<119°in the hypertension group was higher than that in the control group (87.6%vs.17.5%,P<0.05).Conclusion For the hypertensive patients with normal left ventricular pattern ,the change of basal interventricular septum is the early manifestation or another pattern of manifestation of left ventricular injury due to hypertension ,which has important significance for clinical intervention of hypertension .
