白细胞介素-17和白细胞介素-35在子痫前期患者外周血及胎盘组织中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的 探讨子痫前期患者外周血和胎盘组织中白细胞介素(IL)-17和IL-35的表达情况及其意义.方法 选取30例重度子痫前期孕妇(重度子痫组),20例轻度子痫前期孕妇(轻度子痫组),30例同期就诊的正常孕妇(对照组),分别采用酶联免疫吸附试验和免疫组化法测定各组孕妇血清和胎盘组织中IL-17和IL-35水平.结果 重度子痫组和轻度子痫组血清和胎盘组织中IL-17表达水平高于对照组,IL-35表达水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05).血清和胎盘组织中,IL-17与IL-35的表达水平均呈负相关(r=-0.557,P<0.05;rs=-0.280,P<0.05);血清IL-17、IL-35水平与胎盘组织IL-17、IL-35水平均呈正相关(rs=0.400,P<0.05;rs=0.311,P<0.05).结论 IL-17和IL-35参与子痫前期的发生,其机制可能与辅助性T细胞17/调节性T细胞免疫失衡有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions of interleukin ( IL)-17 and IL-35 in peripheral blood and placental tissue of patients with preeclampsia and its significance .Methods Thirty pregnant women with severe preeclampsia (sPE group),20 pregnant women with mild preeclampsia ( mPE group ) , and 30 healthy pregnant women ( control group ) were selected .IL-17 and IL-35 levels in serum and placental tissue were measured in each group by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry ,respectively. Results IL-17 expression levels were higher and IL-35 expression levels were lower in the serum and placental tissue of both sPE group and mPE group compared with the control group (all P<0.05).The IL-17 expression levels negatively correlated with the IL-35 expression levels in serum(r=-0.557,P<0.05) and placental tissue(rs=-0.280,P<0.05).Serum IL-17 level and IL-35 level positively correlated with placental IL-17 level and IL-35 level,respectively(IL-17:r=0.400,P<0.05;IL-35:rs=0.311,P<0.05).Conclusion Both IL-17 and IL-35 participate in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,and the mechanism may be related to the immunological imbalance of helper T cell 17/regulatory T cell.
