瑞巴派特对胃粘膜组织PGE2含量的影响

目的观察瑞巴派特对非甾体抗炎药相关性胃炎胃粘膜PGE2含量的影响。方法将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组口服瑞巴派特,对照组口服米索前列醇,治疗4周,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定胃粘膜组织PGE2含量。结果瑞巴派特和米索前列醇均能能显著提高非甾体抗炎药相关性胃炎患者胃粘膜组织PGE2含量,改善胃粘膜病变,两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05);但瑞巴派特对患者临床症状的改善优于米索前列醇,差别有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论瑞巴派特能显著提高NSAIDs相关性胃炎患者胃粘膜组织PGE2含量。

The clinical effect of rebamipide on gastric mucosal PGE2 content

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rebamipide on the NSAIDs-related gastritis and gastric mucosal PGE2 content.Methods 40 NSAIDs-related gastritis were randomly divided into the experimenter and the control group（respective n=20）;experimental group received oral rebamipide and control group received oral misoprostol treatment for 4 weeks.To observed clinical symptom score,endoscopic improvement and gastric mucosal PGE2 content before and after treatment.Results After treatment,abdominal pain,bloating,acid reflux and other gastrointestinal symptoms were significantly improved compared with before treatment was significantly different（P〈0.05）,rebamipide group than misoprostol group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;patients after endoscopic treatment of gastric mucosal lesions improved significantly,and the PGE2 content increased,the difference between the two groups was not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Rebamipide can improve clinical symptoms and mucosal lesions,increased gastric PEG2 content of NSAIDs related gastritis.
