196例煤工尘肺合并肺结核死亡原因分析

目的　探讨煤工尘肺合并肺结核及其并发症的致死原因。方法　对 196例煤工尘肺合并肺结核的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　煤工尘肺合并肺结核后对肺功能的损害不是简单的叠加 ,而是可以相互促进 ,相互加重病情 ,使得治疗效果明显降低 ,病死率明显升高。结论　煤工尘肺合并肺结核是以肺部纤维化为主的全身性疾病 ,且病死率较高。

The causes of death of 196 coal miners with pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tubeculosis

Objective To probe the causes of death of coal miners with pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tubeculosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was given to the clinical data of 196 coal miners with pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tubeculosis.Results The degree of impairment made by pneumoconiosis combining with pulmonary tubeculosis to the pulmonary function of the coal miners was not simply a supposition,but a mutual acceleration,and they could be a bad promotion to each other and could worsen the condition.As a result,the curetive effects were greatly cut down,and the mortality raised apparently.Conclusion Pneumoconiosis combining with pulwonary tubeculosis was a systemic desease characterized by fibrosis of lung,and it had a higher mortality rate.
