某餐厅集中空调通风系统卫生学评价调查分析

目的识别、分析某餐厅集中空调通风系统可能存在的健康危害因素,并对其卫生预防效果进行评价。方法根据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》相关规定,对集中空调通风系统进行监测和评价。结果各项监测指标中除送风中的可吸入颗粒物为0.11mg/m3,超出《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》的要求外,其他各项指标均符合卫生学要求。结论从公共卫生的角度评价,该餐厅集中空调通风系统基本符合卫生学要求。

Investigation and Analysis on Hygienic Evaluation of Central Air-conditioning Ventilation System in a Restaurant

[Objectives]To identify and analyze the possible health hazard factors in the central air-conditioning ventilation system in a restaurant, and evaluate its hygienic prevention effects.[Methods]According to Hygienic Supervision Measures on Central Air-conditioning Ventilation System in Public Places, the central air-conditioning ventilation system was inspected and evaluated.[Results]Except that the concentration of inhalant particles （0.11 mg/m3） exceeded the requirement of Hygienic Supervision Measures on Central Air-conditioning Ventilation System in Public Places, all inspection indexes accorded with hygienic standard.[Conclusion]From the view of public health, the central air-conditioning ventilation system in this restaurant was basically in accordance with hygienic requirement.
