| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管结核(EBTB)的临床特征。方法分析经纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)确诊的86例EBTB患者的临床表现、胸部X线、纤支镜检查结果等。结果纤支镜检查示大致正常仅占9%,37%有炎症浸润型病变,16%有增殖型病变,26%有狭窄闭塞型病变,12%有溃疡型病变。78例痰涂片行抗酸染色中10例阳性,86例行纤支镜刷片检查69例阳性,62例行活组织检查者中24例证实为结核。结论EBTB缺乏特异性临床表现,确诊主要依靠纤支镜检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical features of endobronchial tuberculosis(EBTB). Methods Clinical symptoms,chest X-ray and fiber-bronchoscopy findings of EBTB were analyzed. Results Bronchoscopy showed normal-like demonstrations in 9%,exudative lesions in 37%, granulomatous lesions in 16%, cicatricial lesions in 26%, ulcerative lesions in 12%. Positive results were found in 10 out of 78 by sputum acid-fast staining, 69 out of 86 by bronchoscopic brushing smear, and 24 out of 62 by bronchial biopsies. Conclusion The clinical features of EBTB are non-specific, bronchoscopy plays an important role in diagnosis of the disease. |
