冠状动脉造影对老年女性心绞痛的诊断分析

目的：了解老年女性心绞痛的临床诊断问题。方法：对36例临床诊断为心绞痛的老年女性进行了冠状动脉造影（CAG），以冠状动脉固定狭窄≥50％为标准，为冠心病（CHD）组和非CHD组。CHD组有16例，非CHD组有20例，比较两组的心绞痛临床特点和冠心病的危险因素，结果：老年女性CHD临床胸痛症状常不典型，但有典型心绞痛的症状又有明显冠心病危险因素的老年女性，患CHD的可能性大，。结论伴有危险因素的老年女性患，出现心前区疼痛或不适时，应全面考虑诊断问题。

Anslysis of Diagnosis of Coronary Arteriography to Female Senile Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective　In order to know the problem of clinical diagnosis of female senile patients with angina pectoris.Methods　We made coronary arteriography to 36 female senile patients who was diagnosed as angina pectoris.With the standard of ostial stenosis of coronary artery≥50%,we divided them into two groups:CHD group with 16 cases and none-CHD group with 20 cases,comparing the two groups with clinical characteristic and CHD dangerous factors.Results　It was shown that female senile CHD patients did not have typical pectoralgia,but who had typical syndrome of angina pectoris and CHD dangerous factors,they would like to have CHD.Conclusions　It should consider the problem of diagnosis overal in female senile patients with prevordical pain who complicated with dangerous factors.
