| Abstract: | The head nurse should establish idea of new-type humanization management,understand and meet nurse's rational demands,excite different nurse's latent energy and working enthusiasm which means nurses change the idea of "wanting me to do" to "I want to do".Humanization nursing management can train nurse's work style such as careful alone,positive and enterprising,and improve nurse's professional skill and nursing quality. |
