| 摘 要： | 脑钠肽是心肌细胞分泌的一种循环激素,它在充血性心力衰竭诊断、预后,急性冠脉综合征危险分层中的作用已得到广泛的认可。近年来研究发现它的浓度变化与心房颤动（房颤）有着密切的联系,可能成为评价、预测房颤的指标之一。

| Abstract: | Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) is a kind of circulation hormone secreted from myocardial cells.It is well-known that it plays an important role in diagnosis of congestive heart failure and risk stratification of acute coronary syndrome.Recently studies show that the concentration of BNP is closely related with atrial fibrillation,and it may be one of the markers in assessing and predicting atrial fibrillation in the future. |
