手深度烧伤的康复治疗

目的：总结手深度烧伤后可能出现的各种并发症，以及它们对手功能的影响；探讨早期及后期的康复治疗对手功能恢复的疗效。方法：分析近五年手深度烧伤１８４人，共计烧伤手３０６只，经过早期及后期的各种康复治疗，如光疗法、电疗法、手部关节指压及掌压疗法、作业疗法、弹性绷带加压包扎疗法等来观察治疗效果。结果：手深度烧伤后进行合理的康复治疗，烧伤后遗症可以减少到最小程度，能最大限度地减少手功能障碍。结论：康复治疗是预防、降低手深度烧伤后并发症，促进手功能恢复的一项重要措施

Rehabilitation Therapy of Deep Degree Hand Burn

Subfects: Summarize the different kinds of complications of deep degree hand burn and their influence on hand functions.Investigate the effects of early and late stage rehabilitation on the hand functions recovery. Methods: Analyzed 184 cases(altogether 306 affected hands)of deep degree hand burn during last five years. Observe the therapeutic effects of early and late stage rehabilitation therapy ,such as :phototherapy,electrotherapy,finger and palm pressive therapy of hand uoints,work therapy,elastic bandage pressive therapy.Results:After reasonable rehabilitation therapy,the sequelae and dysfunction of deep degree hand burn can be decreased to the lowest degree.Conclusions:The rehabilitation therapy is the important method to prevent,reduce the complications of deep degree hand burn and promote the recovery of hand functions.
