联合应用多种分析方法测定复方苯甲酸散的含量

目的:测定复方苯甲酸散中各组分的含量,建立一套完整、简便、有效的复方苯甲酸散定量质控方法。方法:联合应用旋光法、化学容量法和吸收度线性组合分光光度法等分析技术,不经分离直接测定制剂中5种组分的含量。结果:苯甲酸、呋喃西林、鞣酸、水杨酸和硼酸5种组分平均回收率分别为99.99％、10O.07％、99.96％、100.06％和100.74％。RSD分别为0.50％、0.33％、0.92％、0.53％和0.50％。结论:实验表明所建立的定量分析方法简便易行,重现性好,对复方苯甲酸散制剂中5种组分进行质量控制的结果令人满意,可作为一种常规分析方法。

The determination of the contents of compound benzoic acid powder by joint application of several analytical methods

OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of compound benzoic acid powder and form a complete, simple and effective method of quality control for compound benzoic acid powder. METHODS: Without separation, the five contents of the powder were determined directly by applying united methods of polarimetry,chemical quantitative analysis and linear combination of absorbances. RESULTS: The average recoveries of benzoic acid,furacilin,tannic acid ,salicylic acid and boric acid were 99. 99%,100. 07%, 99. 96% ,100. 06% and 100. 74% respectively. The RSD for the above mentioned five components were 0. 50%,0. 33%,0. 92 % , 0. 53% and 0. 50% respectively. CONCLUSION : The method formed was characterized by simplicity and remarkable reproducibility. The results obtained were satisfied and could be used in practical analysis.
