肝癌病人血清纤维连接蛋白和透明质酸意义的初步探讨

目的：探讨纤维连接蛋白（Fn)，透明质酸（HA）与肝癌的关系与其临床应用的价值。方法：应用酶标仪比浊法及放免技术对50例肝癌病人血清Fn和HA测定，并以肝良性病变和正常人作对照。结果：肝癌病人血清Fn含量明显低于肝良性病变组及正常对照组（P＜0．001），而肝癌病人血清HA含量均高于肝良性病变组及正常对照组（P＜0．001），以Fn=220mg/L,HA=40ug/L为界诊断肝癌敏感性分别为90．0％，86．0％，结论：肝癌发生发展与细胞外间质有着密切关系，Fn和HA可作为肝癌诊断辅助指标应用于临床。

Study of Serum Fibronectin and Hyaluronic Acid in Patient with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective　To study the relationship between serum fibronectin(Fn) and hyaluronic acid(HA) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and their clinical value.Methods　The serum Fn and HA levels in 50 cases of HCC 14 cases of benign hepatic disease and 100 healthy persons were determined by enzyme-labelled turbidimetry and radioimmuoassay.Results　The serum Fn content (125.85±29.47)mg/L of the patients with HCC was significantly lower than those of both the benign hepatic disease(210.14±18.36)mg/L and healthy controls (219.96±26.26)mg/L，P＜0.001.However,the HA level (239.29±68.06)mg/L of the patients with HCC was obviously higher than that in both the benign hepatic patients (45.12±14.37)mg/L and healthy controls (41.06±8.45)μg/L，P＜0.001.Fn＝220mg/L and HA＝40μg/L were used as cut off marks,the sensitivities of diagnosis of hepatocellular cancimoma were 90.0% for Fn as well as 86.0% for HA,respectively.Conclusions　It suggests that etiology of HCC may be ralated to extracellular matrix(ECM),and the detection of Fn and HA in serum may be helpful to the diagnosis of HCC.
