Effect of Comprehensive Health Promotion Care in Patients with Transsphenoidal Pituitary Adenoma Resection

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive health promotion care in patients with transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection.Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection admitted during January 1 to December 31,2018 were set as the control group,and were given perioperative routine care.A total of 42 cases of patients with transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection admitted during January 1 to December 31,2019 were set as the observation group,on the basis of the control group were given comprehensive health promotion care.Comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in postoperative anxiety,thirst,fatigue,postoperative pain scores after 12 h and 24 h,3 d postoperative inflammatory factor levels,the incidence of early postoperative fever,and length of hospital stay(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive health promotion care can improve the comfort in patients with transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection,reduce their inflammatory reaction level,and promote their postoperative rehabilitation.
