| 摘 要： | 目的 提高临床医师对儿童期以咽喉部肌无力起病的重症肌无力(MG)临床表现的认识水平,做到及时诊断和个体化治疗.方法 分析6例以咽喉部肌无力为主要表现的儿童期MG的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗过程.结果 在诊断儿童期MG明确后,给予规范治疗,病情迅速好转.结论 以吞咽困难、构音障碍等咽喉肌病变表现为MG唯一或主要起病症状时,应尽...

| Abstract: | Objective To improve clinicians’ cognitive level of manifestations of laryngopharyngeal myasthenia gravis(MG) as initial and primary manifestation in childhood,and promote diagnosis timely and individualized treatment.Methods Through analyzing the diagnose,antidiastole and treatment of six children with laryngopharyngeal MG.Rusults After the definite diagnosis of childhood MG,the children were given standardized treatment and the conditions were getting better quickly.Conclusion As laryngopharyngeal lesions,like dysphagia and dysarthria,are the exclusive initial and primary complains in MG,it is necessary to monitor thyroid function as soon as possible and intervene and manage MG positively. |
