交互分析模式下的团体教育在尿毒症晚期血液净化患者中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨交互分析模式下的团体教育在尿毒症晚期血液净化患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月1日~2020年8月1日收治的80例尿毒症晚期血液净化患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组42例和对照组38例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用交互分析模式下的团体教育干预;比较两组干预前后自我感受负担[采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]、希望水平[采用希望水平评定量表(HHI)]、生活质量[采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)]及治疗依从性。结果:干预后,两组SPBS中身体因素、情感因素、经济因素评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组HHI中积极行动、亲密关系、积极态度评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组GQOL-74中社会社交情况、心理状态、躯体功能、生活质量评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总依从度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对尿毒症晚期血液净化患者采用交互分析模式下的团体教育,可有效降低自我...

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of group education based on interaction analysis mode in advanced uremia patients undergoing blood purification.Methods:A total of 80 advanced uremia patients undergoing blood purification admitted during September 1,2018 to August 1,2020 were enrolled as the study objects and were divided into the observation group with 42 cases and the control group with 38 cases by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing.And the observation group was given group education intervention based on interaction analysis mode.Before and after intervention,self-perceived burden by Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),hope level by Herth Hope Index(HHI),quality of life by generic quality of life inventory(GQOL-74)and treatment compliance were compared between both groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of physical factors,emotional factors and economic factors in SPBS were lower than those in both groups before intervention(P<0.05),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of positive action,intimacy and positive attitude in HHI were highet than those in both groups before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),the social contact,psychological status,physical function and quality of life in GQOL-74 were higher in both groups(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group education based on interaction analysis mode can effectively reduce SPB,improve hope level,improve quality of life and treatment compliance in patient.
