血清CEA和CA19-9表达水平对胃癌分期的临床意义

目的探讨术前血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)表达水平的变化对胃癌诊断和预后的价值。方法采用全自动化学发光免疫分析法,测定不同分期胃癌患者术前血清CEA和CA19-9含量变化。结果 CEA及CA19-9水平在Ⅳ期胃癌患者均显著高于Ⅰ～Ⅲ期胃癌(P<0.01)。CEA及CA19-9检测的阳性率分别为31.1%和39.5%,而CEA及CA19-9的阳性率为53.5%。结论血清CEA和CA 19-9水平与胃癌的病理分期呈正相关,联合检测血清CEA及CA19-9有助于胃癌的临床诊断,对病情的估计及预后的判断具有一定的指导意义。

The Clinical Significance of Serum CEA and CA19-9 Levels for Gastric Cancer Staging

Objective To study the value of detection of serum CEA and CA19-9 in diagnosis and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Serum levels of CEA and CA19-9 of gastric cancer patients at different stages were measured by electrochemiluminescence assay.Results The levels of two kinds of tumor marker in gastric cancer group at stage Ⅳ were obviously higher than those in three other groups(P<0.01).The positive rate of serum CEA and CA19-9 was 31.1% and 39.5% respectively.The total positive rate of gastric cancer was 53.5%(CEA and/or CA19-9).Conclusion Positive correlation between serum levels of CEA or CA19-9 and the clinicopathological staging of gastric cancer was observed.The combined detection of CEA and CA19-9 can significantly improve the sensitivity of diagnosis of gastric cancer,which also has a certain value in monitoring patient′s condition and prognosis.
