天然蒙脱石粉剂治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征

目的　比较天然蒙脱石粉剂与盐酸山莨菪碱治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法　将 6 6例腹泻型肠易激综合征病人随机分为 2组 ,观察组 33例服用天然蒙脱石粉剂 3g,每日 3次 ;对照组 33例服用盐酸山莨菪碱片 1 0 m g,每日 3次。疗程均为 2 8天。结果　观察组总有效率为 87.9% ,对照组总有效率为4 2 .4 % ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。观察组腹泻、粘液便、腹痛、腹胀症状的治疗有效率明显高于对照组。结论天然蒙脱石粉剂是治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有效而安全的药物

The Effect of Smecta on the Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrom

Objective To compare the effect of smecta and 654 2 on diarrhea of Irritable Bowel Syndrom(DIBS). Methods 66 patients with DIBS were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(33 cases) was given smecta 3g, three times per day; the control group(33 cases) was treated with 654 2 10mg, three times per day, the period of treatment was 28 days. Results The total effective rate of the smecta treatment group was 87.9%, while that of the control group was 42.4%, the difference between two groups was significant (P<0 01). The effective rate of the smecta in treating diarrhea, phlegm stool, abdomen pain and inflating was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Smecta is an effective and safe drug in treating DIBS.
