老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗174例临床分析

目的 总结老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗经验。方法 对我院1995年-2005年174例老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 174例患者中治愈165例（94．8％），好转6例（3．5％），死亡3例（1．7％）。98例（56．3％）并存其他疾病，17例（9．8％）术后出现并发症。结论 选择合适的手术时机和手术方式，加强围手术期处理，认真分析患者全身情况和局部病变程度，采用个体化治疗是防止术后并发症、降低死亡率的关键。

Clinical Analysis of 174 Aged Patients with Acute Cholecystitis Treated by Surgery

Objective To summarize the surgical treatment expericence on the aged patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods The clinical data of 174 aged patients with acute cholecystitis tread by surgery From 1995 to 2005 In my hospital were analysed retrospectively.Resluts In 174 example cases,165 cases were cured(the curative rate was 94.8%);6 cases were improved(the improvement rate was 3.5%);3 cases died(the mortality was 1.7%).98 cases(56.3%)had other diseases,17 cases(9.8%)had postoperative complications.Conclusion Selecting properly operative time and approach,Strengthening perioperative treatment,Carefully analyzing general condition of patients and disease characteristics,Using adaptively individual treatment,That is the key to prevent postoperative complications and to lower mortality.
