整肠灵对脾胃虚寒型大鼠肠易激综合征的胃肠激素影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨整肠灵对脾胃虚寒型大鼠肠易激综合征的胃肠激素影响。方法 :选择 5 0只Wistar大鼠 (180±2 0g)随机分成五组 ,即正常组 (NG)、模型组 (MG)、大剂中药方组 (LG)、小剂中药方组 (SG)、得舒特组 (DG)。分别给予整肠灵 ,得舒特 ,生理盐水灌胃。观察体重、稀便级、碳末推进率、血浆和组织中的SS、VIP的含量变化。结果 :该方明显改善脾胃虚寒型IBS的大鼠症状体征 ,且成一定的量效关系 ,降低SS、VIP的含量。结论 :该方可通过调整紊乱的胃肠激素分泌、释放来达到治疗目的

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of zhengchangling on rats Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) with splenogastric deficiency Methods: Selected 50 wistar rats were divided randomly into 5 groups:normal group(NG),model group(MG),large-dose herb group(LG),small-dose herb group(SG) and Dicetel goup(DG) Five groups were perfused with physiological saline large-dose and small-dose zhengchangling and Dicetel individually Body weight,degree of diarrhea,charcoal suspension pushing rates and cencentration of SS?VIP in plasma and intestinal tissue were determined Results: The Fang can effectively improve bodyweight and diarrhea of rats On IBS with splenogastric deficiency and lower the increased concentration of SS and VIP Conclusion: Zhengchanglingshowed satisfactory therapeutic effects on IBS with splenogastric deficiency by means of adjusting the disordered secretion and release pattens of gastrointestinal hormones
