摘    要:目的:探讨足踝部软组织缺损的修复方法。方法:回顾性分析足踝部软组织缺损采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复26例的临床资料。结果:20例全部成活,5例边缘少量坏死,经换药治愈,1例远端坏死经植皮治愈。结论:腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣质地良好,有感觉,手术操作简单,成活率高,是修复足踝部软组织缺损的较理想方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the method of repairing soft-tissue defection of ankle and foot. Methods: 26 patients with soft-tissue defects in the ankle and foot were repaired by use of sural neurovascular flap. Results: In the 26 cases,20 cases were survived completely,5 were accompanied with small necrosis on the border and cured after being debrided and cleaned,1 was accompanied with necrosis in the distant part and cured after skin grafting. Conclusion: The neurovascular flap has good texture and sensation. The operation is simple. The survival rate is high. This flap is a good method to repair soft-tissue defection of ankle and foot.
