熟地黄炮制前后对小鼠免疫功能的影响

本文用对比方法研究熟地黄炮制前后对小鼠免疫功能的影响,结果表明:干地黄水提取物使外周血液 T 淋巴细胞显著增加(P<0.05);干地黄醇提取物明显促进抗 SRPC 抗体——溶血素生成(P<0.05),减少外周血液 T 淋巴细胞(P<0.01),熟地黄水提取物无此作用;熟地黄醇提取物只能使外周血液 T 淋巴细胞减少(P<0.001)。提示当干地黄炮制为熟地黄时,它的增强免疫作用减弱而抑制免疫作用仍存。

Effects of Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata on Some Immune Functions in Mice

The effects of Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehnanniae Preparata on some immune functions in mice by the method for contracls are introduced in the article.The results show that an aqueous extract of Redix Rehmanniae causes marked increase of T-lym- phocytes in peripheral blood(P<0.05);an alcoholic extract prompts markedly the production of hemolysin in mice immnnized with SRBC(P<0.05)and decreases T- lymphocytes in the peripheral blood(P<0.01);an aqueous extract of Radix Rehman- niae preparata has no effects on some immune functions as above;an alcoholic extract of it only causes decrease of T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood(P<0.01).It suggests that when Radix Rehmanniae is processed to Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,its promp- ting immune functions decreases,but the suppressing immune function does not change.
