急性白血病患者血清中VEGF水平与临床关系的研究

目的:探讨急性白血病患者血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的水平与临床的关系及血管新生在急性白血病发病中的作用。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法测定急性白血病患者血清中的VEGF。结果:急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)患者血清中VEGF的水平与正常对照相比,明显增高(P=0.0003)。处于完全缓解期的ANLL患者仍有较高的VEGF分泌。急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者血清VEGF水平虽比正常对照增高,但无统计学意义(P=0.067),其分泌量与ANLL患者相比,明显减低(P=0.001)。结论:ANLL患者存在着血管新生,VEGF在其发病机制中可能起着重要的作用。

Serum vascular endothelial growth factor and its clinical significances in patients with acute leukemia

Objective:To study the secretion of VEGF in patients with acute leukemia and to probe into the relationship between serum level of VEGF and clinical manifestation and the role of VEGF in the pathogenesis of acute leukemia,Methods:Serum VEGF levels were measured with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The serum level of VEGF in the patients with newly diagnosed ANLL was found significantly higher than that in the controls(P=0.0003).The level of VEGF measured in ALL patients was insignificantly higher than in the controls(P=0.067)but significantly lower compared with that in ANLL patients(P=0.001).Conclusion:It can be concluded from the study that angiogenesis exists in acute leukemia patients and VEGF plays an important role in the pathogenesis of leukemia.
