| 摘 要： | 报道家族性腺瘤性息肉病（ＦＡＰ）１个家族４代１９人，发病９人，３人有癌变。该病以遗传性、复发性及易癌变为其特征。作者推荐用改良Ｓｏａｖｅ手术治疗ＦＡＰ患者。

| Abstract: | In this article a family pedigree of four generations consisting of 19 persons was analysed,of which 9 developed familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP)and malignant transformation was discovered in3.The trend of heredity relapse and easiness of malignent transformation are regarded as the importantcharacters of this disease,The developed Soave procedure is suggested by author to treat the patient ofFAP. |
