| 摘 要： | 实验以膈肌肌电图及膈肌诱发电位为指标，观察小檗碱对家兔膈肌的作用。发现：（１）小檗碱４ｍｇ／ｋｇ静脉注射，能提高膈肌肌电的高、低频比值（Ｈ／Ｌ）、中心频率Ｆｃ及诱发电位幅度；（２）复制膈肌疲劳（ＤｉＦ）后，静脉注射小檗碱４ｍｇ／ｋｇ对ＤｉＦ有治疗作用。

| Abstract: | The bilaterl phrenic nerves of the rabbits were stimulated with injection of berberine;The effecton the function of normal and fatigued diaphragm,with the determination of diaphragm evoked potential(DEP),and the analysis of the power spectrum of diaphragmatic eletromyogram(EMGdi) at spontaneousbreathing was observed.The finding were as follow:(1)The amplitude of DEP,central frequency and thehigh/low frequency ratio were markedly increased after the administration of 4 mg/kg of berberine.(2)Therecovery of the fatigued diaphragm was enhanced after injecting of berberine in 4 mg/kg. |
