摘    要:目的 研究辅酶Q10 对D 半乳糖衰老模型小鼠大脑皮层抗氧化功能的影响。  方法  小鼠随机分为正常对照组、衰老模型组、维生素E组、辅酶Q10 组。腹腔注射D 半乳糖建立衰老模型 ,为衰老模型小鼠分别补充维生素E、辅酶Q10 。 8周后测定大脑皮层中丙二醛 (MDA)、脂褐素含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。  结果  与衰老模型组比较 ,辅酶Q10 组SOD活性升高 ,MDA和脂褐素含量下降。  结论 辅酶Q10 能提高脑组织的抗氧化能力 ,其作用与维生素E差异无显著性。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of coenzyme Q- 10 on the antioxidant ability of the cerebral cortex in D-galactose induced senile mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group,D-galactose induced senile group,vitamin E group and coenzyme Q- 10 group.Senile model was established by injecting D-galactose in abdomen and senile mice were given vitamin E and coenzyme Q- 10 respectively.The contents of MDA and lipofuscin and the SOD activities were determined. Results Compared with D-galactose induced senile group,the MDA and lipofuscin contents were both decreased,and SOD activities were increased in coenzyme Q- 10 group(.P.<0.05). Conclusions Coenzyme Q- 10 could improve the antioxidant ability of brain and it has the same effect as vitamin E.
