螺旋CT三维重建与多平面重组在腰椎体后缘软骨结节诊断中的应用

目的探讨螺旋CT及其三维重建（3D）与多平面重组（MPR）技术在腰椎体后缘软骨结节（LPMN）诊断中的应用价值。方法32例病例均采用螺旋CT进行扫描,在工站上进行3D及MPR等影像后处理,并对结果进行比较和综合分析。结果螺旋CT及其三维重建（3D）与多平面重组（MPR）能全面、直观、多方位显示本病的3项主要CT表现：①腰椎椎体后缘类圆形骨质缺损,边缘有致密硬化。②缺损后方有一骨块突入椎管（游离或部分与椎体相连）伴椎管狭窄。③硬模囊及神经根受压,可伴有椎间盘突出。结论螺旋CT及其三维重建（3D）与多平面重组（MPR）技术在腰椎体后缘软骨结节（LPMN）诊断和合理制定治疗方案中有重要的临床指导意义。
