| Abstract: | Summary Three cases of criss-cross heart with severe and complex congenital defects are reported. Precise preoperative diagnosis of the morphologic abnormalities made it possible to choose an optimal method of surgical treatment: all patients successfully underwent a Fontantype surgical procedure. |
