| 摘 要： | 报导６８例经手术证实静脉性阳萎病人的阴茎海绵体造影情况，并对其征象进行讨论。经筛选后６８例２３～６２岁阳萎患者，注入我院自制复方罂粟碱，行阴茎海绵体造影，患者均有不同程度静脉漏，分为４型，深静脉型、浅静脉型、混合交通型和异常血管型。结果证实海绵体造影是静脉性阳萎的有效检查方法，除可指导手术方案外，还可检查手术效果。

| Abstract: | case of impotence due to venous leakage were ascertained by carvernosography. The diagnosis was verified by open operation. Its symptoms were briefly discussed. The cases(age 23～62 y) have been sifted. Compound opium poppy alkali was injected for cavernosography. There were different degrees of venous leakage in all cases. Classied were 4 types, deep venous form, shallow venous form, mixed communications and abnormal venous form. The results showed that cavernosography was an effective examination. They will not only guide the operation, but also examine what result the operation lead to. |
