不同类型屈光不正引起的弱视综合治疗疗效分析

目的:探讨应用眼睫状肌麻痹验光配镜,遮盖,综合治疗单纯高度远视、单纯高度近视、中度以上散光等屈光不正性中重度弱视疗效差别。方法:分析95例170眼弱视儿童,按弱视屈光不正的类型分组,经过综合治疗后,明确视力提高情况。结果:治愈率单纯高度远视>中度以上散光>单纯高度近视。结论:儿童弱视矫治的疗效与患儿的屈光不正的类型有关,综合治疗对弱视儿童视力的提高,效果显著。

Analysis on therapeutic effect of 95 children with amblyopia

Objective To explore the therapeutic differences of the application of eye cycloplegic optometry,covering method and comprehensive therapy in the treatment of simple high hyperopia,simple high myopia,moderate astigmatism refractive error caused by severe amblyopia.Method Total 95 cases 170 eyes with amblyopia were grouped by refractive error type of amblyopia,after comprehensive treatment,the visual acuity improving conditions was analyzed.Results The cure rate of simple high hyperopia was higher than moderate astigmatism,which higher than simple high myopia.Conclusion The efficacy of treatment of children with amblyopia seems to be correlated with the different types of refractive error.The comprehensive treatment of amblyopia children has obvious effect.
