羟基喜树碱加放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的临床观察

目的：观察羟基喜树碱加放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效及毒副作用。方法：将580例中晚期鼻咽癌随机分为放疗化疗组（综合组）和单纯放疗组（常规组）各290例,两组均为直线加速器放疗,鼻咽部剂量为70Gy,颈部治疗剂量70Gy,预防剂量50Gy,综合组第1周第1天至第5天给予羟基喜树碱粉针剂10mg/m2/d静脉滴注,3周后重复,结束时两组进行比较。结果：综合组和常规组鼻咽肿瘤完全消退率分别为90.34%和70.34%,颈部淋巴结完全消退率分别为95.17%和66.21%,两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,治疗的不良反应可耐受。结论：注射用羟基喜树碱能提高中晚期鼻咽癌的近期放射治疗效果,且无严重的不良反应。

Clinical observation on Xisu HCPT plus radiotherapy in treating nasopharyngeal carcinomas

Objective：To observe the curative effect and side - effect of HCPT plus radiotherapy to treat midlate nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods：Total of 290 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided randomly into 2 groups, treatment group （compositive） and contrast group （ routine ）, both of which were given radiotherapies, doses applying in nasopharynx was 70Gy,treatment doses applying in neck was 70Gy, preventing doses was 50Gy , adding HCPT additionally in compositive group at the first to five days in the first week. Results： The tumor erasing rate in two groups were 90.34% and 70.34 respectively, jugular lymph erasing rate were 95.34% and 66.21% respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Enteron and marrow toxicity in compositive group was higher than routine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： HCPT can improve the radiotherapy effect and without severe toxicity.
