赶黄草挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要: 目的研究赶黄草(Penthorum chinense Pursh.)挥发油的化学成分。方法用赶黄草全草经水蒸气蒸馏所得的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱进行分离鉴定,结合计算机检索技术,对分离的化合物进行分析和结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果水蒸气蒸馏的得油率为0.30%;共分离出38个组分,鉴定了其中的26个组分,占挥发油总量的95%。结论首次报道了赶黄草挥发油的化学成分主要为酮和酯类化合物,含量较多的是棕榈酸乙酯(18.64%),反式-6,10-二甲基-5,9-十一烷双烯-2-酮(14.95%),(反,反)-6,10,14-三甲基-5,9,13-十五烷三烯-2-酮(10.42%),棕榈酸(9.60%),(顺,顺,顺)-9,12,15-十八烷三烯-1-醇(7.40%)等。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Penthorum chinense Pursh..METHODS The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC MS.The relative percentage of each composition was determined by area nomalization.RESULTS The extraction efficiency of steam distillation was 0.30% .38 peaks were found and 26 of them were identified representing 95% of the total contents.CONCLUSION Ketones and esters appeared to be the main constituents of the volatile oil.The relative contents of palmitic acid ethyl ester (18.64%),( E ) 6,10 dimethyl 5,9 undecadien 2 one(14.95%),( E,E ) 6,10,14 trimethyl 5,9,13 pentadecatrie 2 one(10.42%),palmitic acid( 9.60% ) and ( Z,Z,Z ) 9,12,15 octadcatrien 1 ol (7.40%) were higher than that of others.The study and the results were reported for the first time.
