| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨铁路局医疗保险系统是为在哈尔滨铁路局范围内实行国家医疗保险政策而建立并实施的系统工程。本文主要介绍了哈尔滨铁路局医疗保险系统的网络设计需求、设计方案和实施办法 ,并简要介绍了系统安全策略。
