中药三七茎叶中黄酮类物质初步研究

摘    要:本实验采用硝酸铝———亚硝酸钠比色法对三七茎叶内的黄酮类物质含量进行了初步测定,确定了总黄酮含量提取的适宜溶剂浓度和提取的适宜时间。结果表明,用70%乙醇溶剂提取4h总黄酮含量最高,不同产地的三七茎叶中总黄酮的含量差别不大。此外,本实验还对三七茎叶黄酮提取液进行了各种定性颜色反应,初步确定其中的黄酮类物质主要为黄酮醇及其甙类。

Abstract:The oven-dried leaves and stems from panax notoginseng were analyzed for the total contents of flavonoids by spectrophotometryic method of aluminum nitrate-natrium nitrite. And the optimal solvent concentration and the best time of extraction were also obtained. Results showed that using 60% alcohol for 4 hours of extraction could achieve the highest contents of total flavonoids. In addition, the total flavonoids extraction from panax notoginseng is mainly flavone and the its indicant by analyzing for its coloration reactions.
