静脉留置针与蝶型头皮针在CT增强扫描中的应用效果观察

目的 探讨静脉留置针与蝶型头皮针在CT增强扫描中的应用效果,为临床提供最佳穿刺工具及方法.方法 将行螺旋CT增强扫描配合使用高压注射器的3 620例病人随机分为A、B两组,A组1 923例使用静脉留置针,B组1 697例使用蝶型头皮针,比较两组病人造影剂外渗率、一次穿刺成功率、一次增强成功率及无痛注射情况.结果 两组病人造影剂外渗率、一次穿刺成功率及一次增强成功率,差异具有统计学意义P<0.001,而疼痛程度差异无统计学意义P>0.05.结论 在CT增强扫描时配合使用高压注射器,静脉留置针明显优于带翼头皮针,可大幅降低造影剂外渗率、减轻病人的痛苦及保证增强效果,值得推广.

The obervation of the intravenous detained needle and butterfly scalp acupuneture's effect applied in CT enhancement scanning

Objective Discuss the intravenous detailed needle and butterfly scalp acupuncture's effect applied in CT enhancement scanning, and provide the best puncture method. Methods The 3 620 patients who will undergo spiral CT enhancement scanning and combined to high pressure syringe divided into two groups in random A group: the 1 923 patients undergo intravenous detained needle. B group: the 1 697 patients undergo butterfly scalp acupuncture. Results The exosmotic ratio of contrast medium and achievement ratio of first time puncture have statistical significance (P < 0. 001). The circumstance of injection with no pain have no statistical significance (P > 0. 05) . Conclusion The patients who will undergo CT enhancement scanning and combinedto high pressure syringe, the intravenous detailed needle is better than the butterfly scalp acupuncture. The intravenous detailed needle can cut down the exosmotic ratio of contrast medium in large amplitude.
