| 摘 要： | 目的:总结分析抗病原微生物、循环系统、神经系统等药物引发的罕见药源性疾病。方法:参阅2010年公开发表的英文期刊文献,对2010年罕见药源性疾病的发生发展情况进行分析。结果:所分析的药物引起的药源性疾病主要有皮疹、溶血、肺部疾病、肝脏疾病、血管性水肿、超敏反应综合征、横纹肌溶解症等。结论:积极普及各种药源性疾病知识,能够帮助临床医师更安全合理地用药,同时,预防药源性疾病的发生或降低由药源性疾病引起的不良后果发生率。
