2008～2010年武汉地区24家医院人工泪液的应用分析

目的:分析武汉地区24家医院人工泪液的用药数据,了解武汉地区人工泪液的用药现状和发展趋势。方法:对武汉地区医院2008～2010年人工泪液按品种、厂家等分类,对销售金额和使用数量等数据进行统计和分析。结果:3年来人工泪液销售金额逐年稳步上涨,含玻璃酸钠成分的人工泪液市场占有率大且销售额稳定,其中透明质酸钠滴眼液(爱丽)3年中销售金额和使用数量均稳居第1位。进口产品集中在润滑类的人工泪液,市场较稳定;国产品种集中在细胞因子类的人工泪液,增长较为迅速。结论:人工泪液具有较好的应用前景,单剂量包装的人工泪液市场份额不足,需求潜力大。

Analysis of the Use of Artificial Tears in 24 Hospitals in Wuhan during the Period of 2008 2010

ABSTRACT Objective:To survey and objectively evaluate the present situation and trend of artificial tears used in 24 hospitals in Wuhan.Method:A statistical analysis of the sales volume and value was made after the classification by the varieties and manufacturers and so on. Result:Sales volume of artificial tears was steadily increased each year. The market share of those products containing sodium hyaluronate was large and steady. The sales volume and value of Ellie-eyedrops ranked first in the 3 years. The imported products focusing on those of the lubricant presented a steady market share while the domestic products focusing on those containing cytokine, a fast growth rate.Conclusion:There was a broad foreground and potentially large demand of artificial tears, but the market share of single-dose packs was insufficient.
